SHIPPING

Delivery times as per our freight providers are:

    • Upper North Island two working days
    • Lower North Island next working day
    • South Island typically two-three working days depending upon the location

NB: Delivery times may vary from those stated due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. PRICES: Whilst pricing is subject to change without notice, prices quoted at the order placement date will be honoured. Trade accounts incur a surcharge of 30% on listed wholesale prices.

2. FREIGHT: Unless otherwise agreed, freight is calculated by volume or weight as applicable. Future freight charges are subject to change.

3. PAYMENT: Unless otherwise agreed, to be made by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice. Methods include direct credit or credit card via telephone.

4. TERMS: Refer to our terms and conditions of sale as previously agreed upon. Goods remain the property of Kerridge Group 2020 until paid in full.

5. RETURNS: All returns must be authorised by Kerridge Group 2020 as follows:

    • Freight damages and shortages must be signed as damaged or short when the order is received, and notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods
    • All other credit or replacement requests must be made within seven days of receipt of goods
    •  If defective goods are returned and no defect is found, the freight costs will be incurred plus a $5 administration charge
    •  Product deemed to be shop-soiled/damaged will not be credited and will incur costs as per the above
    •  Sales Reps will no longer collect any returns – please refer to ‘Return Procedure’

* Please Note: Excludes sheets, pillowcases, mattress and pillow protectors, duvet inners, toppers and pillows due to sanitary reasons.

 

6. RETURN PROCEDURE:

    • Notify authorised returns to Kerridge Group 2020 via email: accounts@kerridgegroup.co.nz or phone: NZ – 06 368 6866 extn 700
    • Quote applicable invoice numbers, product codes and provide images via email/text where required
    • Return of goods to be arranged
    • Any associated return costs to be charged at Kerridge Group 2020 discretion
    • Credits will be processed upon product return and subsequent authorisation
    • Returns must be packaged suitably for safe transit. Goods returned as firsts for resale must be in original packaging with original labelling.
